In the ruins of the fallen Adal Empire, you awaken with a mysterious mask on your face, and faint recollections of an esoteric ceremony. Freeing you from hunger, thirst, and even death, the mask is the creation of the Guides, the rulers of these lands, who have placed you here to determine whether you are worthy of becoming part of the elite corps of Absolvers. As you wander these forsaken lands, encountering other Prospects like you, you will learn new combat styles, acquire weapons, gear and armor, and build a team of warriors with whom to fight side by side in Arenas of combat.
So. . .
I've been playing the game for a while now to draw a conclusion. First I want to say it's a lot of fun. It's definitely not for people who don't want to deal with something. In this game you MUST because otherwise... you're lost.
Joa. . . just has one, but wasn't too important for me, because my basic idea was to measure me against other people. But in general, the story was a bit of a drag.
The game is extremely designed for 1v1 I think. If you hit 2 or even 4-5 NPCs, the EXTREME is annoying. Tip: Whenever you see someone, try to ally with them. It can be really hard on your own.
The point why I bought this! I personally have a lot of fun in 1v1 fights. Each player is individual and creates his move decks differently, so you can say that nobody is the same. You can ally with others in the open world, but you can also just kill. Don't trust anyone xD Has had funny moments xD Can be seen either way, of course. There is also a 1v1 search that is really reasonable. Sometimes you have a bigger level difference BUT it doesn't matter. A low level can easily defeat a high level if it masters the game. It's a skill game!
If you also like challenges, then this is something for you. You want to compete with others? Then buy it! You want a great story? Then you're in the wrong place!
Buy only the game if you like PvP!
