Experience Adam Jensen’s first mission for TF29, set before the events of Mankind Divided. Posing as a convicted criminal, Jensen is transferred deep into a hostile, high-security prison for augmented felons. His mission: Track down and retrieve sensitive information from a fellow undercover agent who has gone dark. Success will help the fight against terror around the world, but Jensen will need to confront a darker side to his role before the day is done.
The DLC plays outside the mainstory and therefore has its authorization as DLC. After a good eight hours my conclusion:
Story: 7 / 10, the story about Jensen's undercover use was not very spectacular, but kept the tension open until the end... of the game and contained some interesting twists.
Atmosphere: 10/10, where the DLC really scored. The atmosphere of an eye prison was very atmospheric, it contains the possibility to interact with other prisoners, e. g. through barter, smuggling and old enmities that return. And as usual in Deus Ex, the world offers an enormous abundance of hiding places, secret passages, computer recordings, etc. , which satisfy both the exploratory spirit and give further background information to the players. The level of difficulty was very demanding, at least if you want to get through the levels as a ghost. My conclusion: Price / performance is right, the DLC is fun and a challenge for every Deus Ex fan.
