Featuring a compelling single player story crafted by John Milius (Apocalypse Now, Red Dawn), Homefront immerses gamers in an interactive and cinematic FPS experience where they will assume an infantry role or take command of a wide variety of aerial and ground vehicles. In addition to the single-player experience, Homefront will deliver a robust multiplayer experience. In a land stripped of freedom, the brave will fight for their home.
Pity, pity, pity, pity,
The game feels like a DLC, it is extremely short and still has so much potential. It is a subject for reflection, especially if you are currently following the news. It comes after the play, already some comic thoughts,... when you see how the USA and North Korea rock up each other. I think that only a few games come so close to a fictional reality at the moment.
Homefront in the format of a current fallout would be a bang for me, which corresponds to the scope and story. What would have to change would be the controls, because when it gets hectic you get stuck on doors or other objects, which sometimes leads to involuntary death. There is also a need for some improvement in the voice output, since some conversations often overlap with other characters or radio announcements, so that you unfortunately don't understand either one or the other correctly. At the end I decided for a positive recommendation, because it is fun just because of the current situation. If you don't mind that it's so short and it's on sale, you can take it.
