Several years have passed since the original How to Survive events on Los Riscos' archipelago. Now the local infection has turned into a worldwide pandemic. Everyone around the world, groups of people or lone wolves, try to survive one more day among the infected, attempting to recover a semblance of normal life. You find yourself in Louisiana and your survival chance starts by building a safe camp and becoming a skilled survivalist. Find water, food and shelter and talk to the unconventional locals to make your way around. An eccentric masked stranger offers you help? Sure, sounds way better than zombies!
I've only been playing this game for 3 hours but I still have so much to say:
+ The Openworld feature is pretty good because you need it to farm raw materials and EP for the camp. It also offers more variety than the first... part, where you have to jump from island to island.
- Unfortunately, the new world is, in my opinion, a little small, because you have already explored it after 10 minutes, if you have only rushed.
- I would also have thought it better for the quest if it had been integrated into the world. The different 'biomes' like you city or the farm are separated, which I don't really like. br>
+ I think it's nice to have a 'Quest Menu' for different people now that you have a clear overview of the quests and you can do them more often at different, manually adjustable difficulty levels.
- I find that there are far too few quests and there is much more potential for quests, both for diversity. 3. gameplay:
+ The new inventory is clear and well adapted to a realism factor. The combat system has been positively improved, e. g. there are now more K. O. animations and also many more combos for definitely more variety of attack methods. The new camera perspective is also good, as you can now see through walls and have 3 camera angles available. Conclusion:
I know that I've only played for 3 hours and can't have that much idea yet, and the game is only Early Accecs, but I hope that my points will be included in some way. br>
The game is definitely worth buying, as it is already so brilliant and yet only Early Accecs. It's definitely a MUST play for every Zombie Survival Coop fan.
