There never quite seem to be enough bunny girls in the world, so here is another for you aficionados out there. This 2D sidescrolling exploration platformer follows the adventure of Erina, whose humdrum life as a regular rabbit is turned upside-down when she finds herself in an unknown world and turned into a human (with rabbit ears)! Along the way she meets the cheerful pink-haired fairy, Ribbon, who mysteriously chooses to stay by Erina’s side. These unwitting heroes embark together on their quest to restore Erina’s life to normalcy, but who knows what troubles lurk, waiting for them…
A game with a cute etiquette, behind which hides a decent challenge. It offers many different playing styles and is aimed primarily at achievement hunters, speed runners and explorers among Metroidvania fans. Players who are not familiar with the 'Bullet-Hell'-genre...
might feel a little overwhelmed. However, this is compensated for by a very user-friendly difficulty level selection that recommends the right option for every type of player. If necessary, the level of difficulty can even be adjusted again after the prologue has been completed. br>
Very early on a large part of the game world is open to the player and can be explored freely. There is a clear goal, but the substeps can be completed in any order. There are upgrades and other useful items hidden everywhere to help you move forward. Alternatively, thanks to secret abilities and very clever level design, it is also possible to complete the entire game without collecting a single one of these items, which is a challenge in its own right. All this ensures a high replay value. To conclude, Rabi-Ribi is not completely free of sexual content. However, these are limited to mere hints that do not distract from the actual game. The main focus is on gameplay. br>
The whole thing is not a piece of cake, but still a good experience, which I recommend to everyone.
