RAMBO THE VIDEO GAME is a rail-shooter that puts the player in John Rambo's combat boots, and takes them on an action packed journey through the iconic combat sequences and story-arcs of FIRST BLOOD, RAMBO: FIRST BLOOD PART II & RAMBO III Locked and loaded with the trademark Rambo arsenal of weapons, you battle through the boss showdowns and take-downs from the films - everything from Rambo's evading the police in First Blood, to his single, explosive bow strike on Lieutenant Tay in Rambo First Blood Part II, and on to his shredding Russian helicopters with the DShK 12.7mm Heavy Machine Gun in Rambo III. In this classic rail-shooting, arcade adventure you can use the classic Rambo weapon set of a bow, a knife, and guns as you encounter (and create) chaos, carnage and destruction.
Whaaaat, well rated? Yes, I did it once because I don't find Rambo The Video Game as bad as many people write it. Admittedly, it doesn't look up to date anymore and has one or two bugs. For myself the game is only greased once, annoyingly in the...
last mission at the end, that was also the only mission that was difficult. But that's about all the negative things. Rambo The Video Game isn't just a 'normal' Shooter, but a rail shooter, a kind of moorhen (the older gamers will remember it) and moorhen was very successful back then. Ok, I haven't played any rail shooters since then, maybe I like Rambo The Video Game because it's a genre that I play every 10 years. So, I found it entertaining, of course I am also a big Rambo fan and found the retelling of this story in this form interesting. It is just a game for in between, for 3-4 hours and was much too expensive to start with 30 EUR of course. Now it costs 12, 99 EUR and I think the price is okay. If you have bucks you can still unlock weapons after the story, so it's quite true that there's still a bit of work to be done after the time. So, do not always listen to the negative voices, but judge for yourself. I also found the skiing to make Rambo stronger successful, if you do that wisely you have some nice advantages and finally the feeling just comes up like in a Rambo movie. . . and shoot everything away. Even if, as already mentioned, it doesn't look up to date, it is already fun to fire a gun into the forest from the helicopter and to see how trees break down. I found the production successful. br>
The DLC 'Baker Team' however is rather short. Can't tell you exactly how long I played on it, maybe 30 minutes, that shows Rambo's unit before the events of the trilogy shown in the main game. The DLC wasn't heavy either, rather undemanding.
I would like to give the game a finger in the middle, a 'mediocre', but tends to go up, because it entertained me the 3-4 hours quite nicely. Why don't you have a look yourselves, in that sense, good shot.
