A poetic, roguelike space odyssey in a procedurally generated world When home is no more... Resources are sparse. The world is infinite and unknown. The universe is lonely, open and unforgiving. Youre drifting, in a big, empty and silent space. Searching for a new home. You know a few coordinates to some random locations; but this is the only information you got.
I'm thrilled with this game. It is certainly not intended for everyone, but for me it conveys a combination of aesthetics, melancholy and a simple and addictive game principle that I have hardly experienced in any other game of this kind before....
I like the music, poetry and philosophy of spoken and written diary entries. I love the minimalist yet simple tinkering and optimization of the status values of my ships with their different components and designs; just everything about RymdResa has a lot of unique charm and personality for me. It doesn't matter if I want to glide through the emptiness for twenty minutes to relax or get behind the missions for three hours, it just does me good to play it. Can recommend it without hesitation to any romantic space adventurer's soul!
