Samorost 3 is point and click exploration adventure game from the makers of Machinarium. The game is a loose continuation of small web games Samorost (2003) and Samorost 2 (2005). Five years in the making, Samorost 3 is our biggest and most ambitious project up to date. One day, the little space gnome finds a strange magical flute that fell down from the sky, and with its help he is able to build a new spaceship, explore 5 different planets and 4 moons, solve many mysteries, and also find out where the flute is coming from.
Little Gnome on Adventure - Part 3
Much has not happened when you compare the three offshoots of Samorost, visually appealing sound as usual very harmonious and the usual minimalistic game principle. But I can recommend Samorost 3 to every friend... of Adventures, it tells an interesting story while travelling different planets and moons. The usual Samorost charm of Amanita Design is just as present as the wonderful abstract areas and the varied music. Coupled with the simple one-click control, the toad and almost no inventory, some puzzles are quite simple, others, especially some of the Achievements, are neat heads. But if you are lovingly introduced to the problems by ghosts and people through pictorial thought bubbles, an integrated solution in the form of a magic book will help you. Here you can see the solution for each area separately, after you have solved a simple slider puzzle - very pleasant and extremely fittingly integrated into the game. The adventure part is loosened up by many clickable things, some of which also contain achievements (both for in-game and steam). For this and other successes the protagonist, the little white-clad Samorost dwarf performs a cute dance of joy. In general, he likes to dance, because at some places in the game you can - typical of Samorrost - also conjure up pieces of music, for example if you click on a group of cave dwellers in the correct row ridge. In the best Saturday Night Fever manner, the little man who's in him is a real John Travolta.
