Very good dungeon crawler. Anyone who has experienced the resurrection of this kind (Grid Based Dungeon Crawler like the forefather Dungeon Master) of the games since Legend of Grimrock, and this with a woolly smile, should access here without hesitation....
But you have to like a design decision: The best weapons and equipment are only available in hiding places (secrets). But since you can see per level how many secrets fall to the current level, you have at least one guideline. Degree of difficulty on normal is perfectly sufficient to entertain the end of the day gamblers well. Without Movement you don't stand a chance here. Two more difficulty levels, as well as the switchable Elite version (there is one Autosave per level transition! ) should be enough for HC gamers :). br>
Various char builds may even invite you to replay. Localization also in German (at least the written texts) is already in progress. A real plus compared to LOG are the audio files u00e1 la Bioshock and the short self-talks of the mainchar, which are all spoken very well and professionally. Atmosphere is very reminiscent of Bioshock and gives you the kind of threat you should feel in a dungeon crawler. br>
Unfair passages in the fights I haven't had yet (haven't been through), but quite demanding. Secrets so far 4 left (there are 28 in total, 17 I have found so far). Rätzel are all (so far) in 'OK'. range. br>
Totally a clear buy recommendation for friends of the genre.
