Take help of your uncle's mysterious inventions that let you jump incredibly high and far through beautiful scenery, uncover clues to your uncle's whereabouts, and meet fantastical creatures that will help you on your journey. The movement in A Story About My Uncle is a crucial part of its core gameplay – focusing on swinging through the world with a grappling hook that gives the player a wonderful sense of speed and freedom. Soar through a game world with a unique art style and a mysterious story that unravels before you.
I have owned this masterpiece for almost 2 years now on my second account. At that time, I only bought it because I wanted to accept friends on my second account
(For which you have to buy a game worth at least 5€).
After a break of... ~1, 5 years I bought it again on this account. And I don't regret it! Even if the game is a bit too short in my opinion, it manages to take you into its world. The story is told in a nice way and is well and simply built. I haven't experienced any glitches or annoying bugs in my numerous playthroughs. And to the graphics one can only say: beautiful. A mixture of realism and comic. Exactly my thing! Br>
I would recommend A Story About My Uncle to anyone who likes puzzle jump n' runs and who needs a quiet game to turn off after work.
-Only English synchro (Not bad for me. But maybe for many others a problem)
General I give 8. 5/10 points.
