- great strategic value
- nice variety in cards and factions
- art style
- same as with any 'F2P' game with the option to buy an advantage
~ matchmaking (kinda)
To expand on the... reason i mentioned 'matchmaking'. . .
At the time i did this review, i've been playing this game for about 35H.
After reaching the upper ranks of Silver i've frequently encountered Players with multiple 'Badges'.
(A Badge is awarded to you after 'Winning' 100 Games with the corresponding Faction)
Which puts the Player way ahead of you in the amount of Cards/Deck options they have at their disposal.
This can be quite discouraging as a player who hasn't even earned his 1st Badge, beeing matched up against someone who has 11 spreads across the different Factions.
(Felt like i just joined a Dojo and was told to fight the Blackbelts. _. ’)
- So far i only received 'Friend' requests from people i lost to, just to be ridiculed afterwards.
But since there is no chat/talking without beeing in each other’s Friend list you can easily avoid that by declining the requests. ;)
That concludes my 'short' review: P
