The award winning and BAFTA nominated saga continues in The Banner Saga 2. Continue your journey soon after the climactic events of The Banner Saga. The choices you made in the first game will affect who is alive and who is dead in this exciting sequel. As the world continues to crumble around you, only one bastion of hope remains, but getting there will require strong leadership, hard sacrifices, influencing new heroes, and, as always, sound strategy in combat.
Mandatory purchase for roleplayers! Especially if you like tactical round fights and bought and played the old solo adventure books to leaf through back then, you will probably get the best you can get here. Great drawn landscapes, wonderfully elaborated...
characters, very atmospheric, medieval 'Viking'sound, which would fit e. g. to the TV series Vikings, super tactical fights with many possibilities, mega hammer story with many twists and drastic consequences. These are some of the cornerstones of the excellent game. There may be a few people who complain about the relatively short playing time for an RPG, but somewhere between 10-20 hours is certainly decent and sufficient for a three-part game at a humane price. There may not be so many items to buy that you can't even use more often, especially because you have to let your people heal after combat injuries at higher levels of difficulty, so they have to pause fights, or because the group is separated by story-influences or strong units and items go hops. br>
Enhancing the heroes and the few upgrades are not a negative aspect for me, I rather like it. It offers a simple system for beginners to click on ('fits already but even advanced players can still tinker their very special characters by fine adjustment and targeted scoring (until the hero dies or leaves, huh!). It's also nice that you have to put your few points into food, items and hero levels, so the survival strategist is in demand.
Who does not act totally stupid, should be able to create the game easily in any case (even I'm through, yeah! ^^).
What else should I write? Look at some of my pictures and just buy the game. It doesn't always have to be a Diablo with wild bobbins, where at some point the fun goes down the drain, here you can make decisions while eating and relaxing in peace and of course you can always be happy or even annoyed more often. br>
