The robots you face are early military prototypes, created with the AI’s assistance while it was still under human control. Now, they appear as overflow anomalies - echo of the AI’s routine cycles leaking into our dimension. The so-called Alien Grounds are substitute-reality zones created by the Galactic League of Biological Forms - an ancient organization that revealed itself just in time to save humanity. These isolated domains are designed to trap the rogue AI’s artifacts, keeping them away from inhabited worlds. You control a high-spec combat suite.
