Astral Bounty

Astral Bounty is a science-fiction 2D arcade shoot ’em up inspired by Blood Money. Players destroy hand-built enemy formations and collect credits during each stage. Credits can be spent at in-level shops on weapons and upgrades. The game has a single, demanding difficulty setting. Optional checkpoint insurance allows a run to continue after death, but doing so invalidates the one-credit clear. You play Chip Mulligan, bounty hunter known across 12 galaxies. Wanted in 9 of them, and dead broke. Luckily, there are four pretty lucrative bounties out there that need someone with more guts than brains. Chip's got at least one of those. His last credits are just enough for a tank of fuel. So, off he goes.
