One day, while Reimu was lounging around at a shrine, a messenger came from the Moon City. At the shrine, Ibaraki Kasen and Mononobe Futo, who are staying there, are fed up with their daily training. Reimu is willing to go to a leisure facility if it looks like fun and is free of charge during the pre-opening period. Reimu goes to the moon through a transporter installed in the shrine, but what awaits her there is "Reisen" and "Hata no Kokoro," who has come from the earth for some reason. Reisen is worried that she and Reimu will be severely punished for having unauthorized visitors in the lunar capital, where visitors from the earth are frowned upon.
