Our Story Starts November of 1986... Minister Mole, leader of the evil Mole Cult, has hatched a plan across the Urbanian Republic to capture every raccoon his moles can find! But when they kidnap Louise and Eisel's pet, Rocky, the two garbage girls set out on an adventure to rescue all their ring-tailed friends and clean up the garbage the moles left behind.
