Garuda Emblem is a beat ‘em up game with a taste of RPG content, where you can roam freely in the game’s beautifully hand-drawn world, get immersed in the story, and be the good journalist you are. Play as Garuda Emblem members, a journalistic student activity unit that uncovers the truth behind the shady part of UNION. As the story unfolds, you’ll encounter various figures that’ll help you along in the journey. You can also upgrade your characters with different skills and abilities using your accumulated experience by beating your enemies to pulp! Got bored of the main story? Refresh yourself with various side quests and mini games you can discover around the game’s world! Who knows, there might be secrets lying right in front of you all along! The story centered around Farid, a college student in University of Rungeon (UNION). He joined Garuda Emblem, a student activity unit that runs in the journalistic field. One day, for some unknown reason, The Rector announces a bounty for Farid and every Garuda Emblem member, which gives them no other choice but to fight back. Realizing something isn’t right, Farid, together with his childhood friend Rani, and the Garuda Emblem members are now on a quest to reveal what actually happened while defending themselves from The Rector’s forces and the people of UNION that turned hostile against them. The gang’s adventure will be segmented for each region (a faculty or something similar), encountering various kinds of people, challenges, and issues, all while gathering allies, clues and evidence which will lead them to uncover The Rector’s scheme.
