Once a place of hope, the island has become a tightly controlled stronghold, and its inhabitants are divided between those who trust the authorities and those who resent their grip. Featuring an original story crafted with the involvement of One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda, this open-world adventure sets Luffy loose to roam sweeping landscapes, bustling towns, and towering industrial complexes at his own pace. Stretching his rubber body with signature Gum-Gum techniques, he swings, soars, and battles across the island while uncovering the truth behind its uneasy peace.
