The surprise after the first firefights was great! Dice actually pulled a lot of levers and gave Battlefield 5 a new feeling compared to its predecessor. Above all, the sluggishness of your character and the constant shortage of ammunition make the firefights feel new and more credible. You are also forced to work as a team in your squad - always a good thing! In terms of graphics and sound, there is nothing to complain about. The PC version looked very good and ran smoothly on a powerful computer with a GTX 1080Ti - We didn't expect any different from DICE and their Frostbite engine. In the pre-alpha version, however, the level design was still slacking: every now and then the soldiers got stuck to supposedly small bumps in the terrain or could not pass an obstacle. Some animations also seemed awkward. Small details, which hopefully will be fixed by the beginning of October. Then, we can look forward to a real shooter highlight.
