The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Legendary Edition

Oh, yes, Skyrim. After I skipped the last generation of games for the most part and Skyrim is also one of the games I haven't come to yet, it was no question that I'll get the PS4 version.About the game itself:Loud critics, Skyrim is one of the best games of all time. And it has its charm. The world that Bethesda created here is vast and alive, a dream to explore. When you wander through the beautiful landscapes, explore dungeons, find secrets, or enjoy a beautiful spot with a beautiful view, these are the moments that make Skyrim a fantastic game. The NPCs have character, the quests are most exciting, and you can explore hundreds of hours with different things without getting bored.But the game is far from perfect. The biggest problem is undoubtedly the gameplay itself. The controls are sometimes a bit clumsy and the fights very inaccurate. Slaughtering yourself with sword and shield or hammer through enemy hordes is not as funny as it sounds. For me, it was instead a necessary evil. Well, the combat system isn't what Skyrim has so unique, it's exploring and experiencing the world, and Skyrim hits the nail on the head, but the clunky gameplay is something I can't just ignore.4 StarsFor the Special Edition:Well, you can see that the game has been on its back for some years, but that doesn't mean that it looks terrible. The world design is still high, and the improved graphics even make landscapes and colors look impressive. The NPCs also look like melted action figures, but that's something that always occurs in Bethesda games (see Fallout 4). Not too annoying.All In all a good remaster that would have earned five stars.ABER... what I can't understand and want is how a six-year-old game that has already been re-released 7 or 8 times can still be so incredibly buggy. I can't play a Skyrim session even if it's only half an hour without seeing a glitch, bug or something like that. Someone disappears into a bank or a wall, objects or NPCs fly like a rocket into the air, you enter a city, and an NPC falls from the sky and dies on impact. WTF? So far, there hasn't been anything wrong with it, so I had to quit the game, but I wouldn't be surprised if a game-breaking bug came up. For me a No-Go from the side of Bethesda and therefore only 3 stars>Résumé: Skyrim is a great game you can have fun with for many hours, and even if I think that it is generally overrated, I can understand the charm very well and can only recommend the game to everyone. The Special Edition on PS4 looks good, runs smoothly, and is stable so far. The massive bugs that still plague the game and Bethesda don't seem to be interested in ironing them out, even if they sell the game 100x, leaves a very unpleasant aftertaste. If this would be a title in the 40-50€ range, I would only give three stars, because I couldn't accept the many bugs here, but due to the low price of ~20€, this is all the easier to get over. Therefore four stars and a buy recommendation.
