Wasteland 2 Classic Edition

Who doesn't know that?The the Worldwide web suddenly tells you the release date of a game you've been waiting for for years and that you've longed for. But until the final release, it is still some days, maybe months. Well, you're looking for a "cheap clone" to adjust to it atmospherically. But where can you find something like this for FALLOUT4?!Now, you go to GameGator and search under the already listed Bethesda title in the section "Customers who bought this title also bought:" and then suddenly find WASTELAND2.Since you like the product description (Old-School-RPG with isometric view) and the price (publication price only about €30,- for a PS4 game??!) is more than appealing, you finally buy it too...to then have to find out that this crowdfunding title for €30,- can easily compete with the AAA title from Bethesda for just €80,- new price, in my opinion, can even top!!!!!!!However, how is such a thing possible?>At least FALLOUT4 looks a lot nicer, offers a vast free world, countless side quests, and so on.Yes, That's also true, but unfortunately, FALLOUT4 has also lost much of the charm of its predecessors. Too much has been experimented on, too much has been cut to fit the broad masses, too much has been worked towards "blockbuster of the year." WASTELAND2, on the other hand, is technically and optically not precisely the (atomic) bomb. It looks like an older version of DIABLO3 with a different setting. Battles are like the load gene console hit X-COM: ENEMY UNKNOWN turn-based, while DIABLO3-like actions take place in real-time through towns/dungeons until you meet a collection of enemies.What you immediately see, however, is that WASTELAND2 was made by people who put a lot of their heart and soul into the game. It's a game that stands out for its charm from the very first minute. The turn-based fights are a great idea and get you to proceed tactically and not just to slaughter your opponents by button smashing.The Control on the controller is perfect for a PC porting and contributes to the game fun.Here, and there a few bugs appear, but on the one hand there are not many, and on the other hand, smaller patches come up now and then to promise improvement. But on the one hand this doesn't really bother you with a title for €30,-, if you see how many games are sold half-finished.I can only recommend this game to every player who likes this old-school game (or who thinks he might like it).Absolute recommendation to buy!!
