A region on the row is where that key can be activated, so a Europe key may not activate outside Europe. A platform is where the game runs, so a PC offer does not run on a console. An account sale sends login details for an account that already owns the game. It is not added to a launcher account you already have. Each offer shows how long ago its price last changed.
