Without a Dawn is a dark, psychological, and philosophical visual horror novel featuring a hauntingly beautiful pseudo-ASCII art developed by award-winning Finnish solo developer Jesse Makkonen (DISTRAINT -series, Afterdream, Heal). She seeks refuge from her constant, restless thoughts in a remote cabin. There are no distractions in the profound silence and isolation, but the eerie sound of the cold wind weaving through the trees keeps her awake. In the dark stillness of the night, the silence has begun to take on physical form.
