Blazing Chrome

Blazing Chrome is a classic co-op run 'n gun with an original arcade feel. Players can choose between Mavra, the badass human resistance, soldier or Doyle, the groovy rebel robot, to kick some metal ass. A side-scrolling run-and-gun in the tradition of Contra and Metal Slug, Blazing Chrome unfolds in the ravaged post-apocalyptic future of 21XX. A devastating war has nearly wiped out the human race, and in its aftermath a vast robot army has seized control of the world, hunting down and exterminating the scattered remnants of humanity. A determined resistance movement rises to fight back against the machine dominion and reclaim the planet for the living. Players take command of one of two resistance fighters: Mavra, a hardened human soldier, and Doyle, a combat robot reprogrammed to turn against its own kind and battle for the human cause. Armed with an arsenal of machine guns, grenade launchers, energy whips, and particle cannons, and aided by collectible support drones, the pair storm across enemy strongholds, hoverbike chases, and towering mechanical bosses in a desperate stand against annihilation.
