League of Legends: Odyssey goes PvE, new skins

As part of the Odyssey event, League of Legends will receive a co-op PvE mode called Extraction, in which you and four teammates will have to go on a rescue mission on a new map called Crash Site. The mode will be playable on the live servers from September 12th.

Rescue Ziggs from the aliens

The story for Odyssey: Extraction was written by British sci-fi author Dan Abnett. Players will join the Morning Star crew and take the spaceship Odyssey in search of Ziggs who is stuck on an alien planet after an emergency landing.

You will have to face aliens in five levels of difficulty as they try to drive you off their planet as uninvited visitors. Each time you pass through a level, you will unlock permanent upgrades. These upgrades will help you master the increasingly difficult levels. Rewards include epic skins for the Morning Star crew of Jinx, Ziggs, Kayn, Sona, Yasou and Malphite, which will each be available for 1350 RP. You can see all the skins below:

The new game mode for League of Legends is limited in time and runs from September 12 to October 8, 2018.
